There Will Be a Kindle version of WTDA!

Hey guys,

Thank you so much for supporting my novel. It's wonderful to see that it hasn't been forgotten:)

Like the title suggests, there will be a Kindle version of WTDA in a couple of weeks! The estimated timeline is 3-4 weeks; but it could be longer. I will let you guys know when it is out!

Take care!

Welcome to Drama Academy-- The Novel

Dear all,

It seems surreal to me that this day is finally here! "Welcome to Drama Academy" (the novel version) is now available on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Welcome-Drama-Academy-Melody-Mason/dp/1453724478/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1313776606&sr=1-2) and Createspace eStore (https://www.createspace.com/3472161) as we speak!

It has been three and a half years since I posted the first chapter of WTDA online. I still remember how excited I was when I received my first review for WTDA and that exhilarating feeling I have every time I see a review alert or a story alert in my inbox. Thank you, all of you, for sticking with me till the very end. Thank you for recommending the story to your friends; thank you for reviewing and giving me advice on how I could improve as a fanfiction writer.

Throughout the entire process of turning this fanfiction into a novel, there were countless of times that I wanted to give up, that I lost faith in myself and the story. A special thank you to those of you who PMed me over the years to show your support for the novel. Without you, I never would have had the will and strength to finish rewriting. You guys were my motivation to continue and this book is dedicated to all of you- my friends and readers on fanfiction and my supportive family. THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything. I wish I could give you a huge hug instead of just thanking you in the Acknowledgements.

The story will be pulled completely in the near future. I don't like posting A/Ns rather than actual chapters, but it was the only way I could think of to keep in touch with my readers after all this time. If you're still interested in my writing, please follow and subscribe to my Blogspot: http:/www(dot)melloveswriting(dot)blogspot(dot)com/and add me to your Author Alert, so that way you'll be able to see my upcoming updates.

If you decide to give WTDA a chance, I hope you won't be disappointed when you finish all 613 pages (I still don't know how that happened). This is my first novel so I know it is far from perfect, and letting you guys down is one of the things that I worry about the most. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I guess this is my final goodbye to the fanfiction version of "Welcome to Drama Academy". This doesn't mean I'm done with fanfiction. I'm not :) Thank you all again for the support and encouragement over the years and for helping me fulfill my dream. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

Progress!

Hey everyone,

I'm very, very happy to announce that I just sent my manuscript to the self-publishing company that I'm working with and am now a step closer to my goal- getting "Welcome to Drama Academy" published! I'm incredibly excited since I've waited super long for my editor to get my manuscript back to me (there was a 5-month delay, believe it or not).

Thank you guys so much for commenting on my last post, emailing me, and PMing me. Your support means everything. Oh, before I forget, can anyone please tell me how to reply to comments on Blogger? I can't seem to find the reply button, if such a thing exists.

"The Cullen Inheritence" has not been forgotten. I've been busy with school and WTDA so I put it on the back burner for a while. I wrote a couple of pages for the new chapter this morning but now I'm stuck. Hahaha. Don't you just hate writer's block? Anyway, the story will be updated, I promise. And I'm hoping soon.

WTDA's Progress

Dear all...

I've received several emails asking about the progress of WTDA's publication and its release date. Instead of replying one by one, I will answer the questions you have here.

As of right now, my editor still has my manuscript. Without the manuscript, I cannot proceed with the publishing. I'm told that I will be getting it back by next week, and I'm really hoping that's the case since I feel awful for the delay of the novel. Let's keep our fingers crossed, shall we? :)

Thank you all so much for sticking with me. And to those of you who reviewed, PMed, emailed or commented on my blog- THANK YOU!

Questions are welcomed:)

Next Update for TCI

Hi, guys!

I know I haven't updated "The Cullen Inheritance" in a while... Believe me when I say I'm trying my best though:)) November has always been the busiest month of the year for me, so it'll take another week or two for me to get the next chapter out. I just wanted to let you know that I'm still here and I haven't forgotten about the story.

Thanks!

Where Is The Next Chapter? And Renesmee

I'm so sorry for the long delay on updating. It has been a super busy week for me and my Beta. Right now Chapter 3 is in its editing process... I'll get it out soon. I promise:)

So... have you guys heard that Mackenzie Foy was casted as Renesmee? Maybe that's old news; I just found out this morning though.

Mackenzie Foy:

Hmmm... Can't wait to see what she'll bring to Breaking Dawn.

The Cullen Inheritance Chapter 3 Teaser

The Cullen Inheritance:

Chapter 3 Teaser

I marched to Edward’s room with long strides and knocked on his door. I didn’t know why I bothered; it wasn’t as if he could hear me with the music overlapping every sound in the house.

“Hey!” I yelled as I pounded my fists on his door. “Keep it down!”

I couldn’t even hear my own voice so I figured it was unlikely that he would get up and open the door. With no second thoughts, I threw the door open, the nerves gnawing away at my confidence from earlier when I saw Edward lying on his bed with nothing but a pair of jeans on. He had his eyes closed with a peaceful look so I assumed he was asleep. How can he be asleep with the music screaming into his ears?

“Hey!” I shouted. “Hey, wake up.”

Pathetic. He didn’t even stir. Not wanting to touch him, I chucked one of the jackets that was hanging over the back of his chair at his face. He shot up at the contact.
